Shipping – Returns

All items are carefully prepared, individually selected printed & packaged per order, labelled and posted by us at Merch Store.

Every effort to keep items safe and lightweight for ease of shipping has been made, we always seek to improve in our logistics, all feedback is welcome.

Shipping Options

If you have made or are placing an order, our checkout summary area states what the shipping option is for each order, these options are as follows – Standard (untracked) & Registered (Tracked).

Standard Shipping – IRL/EU/UK/USA

We recommend that all orders are chosen to be sent by registered post only, orders missing with the “standard” shipping option selected are at no fault of Merch Store, the responsibility for a safe arrival with the customer is with the shipping company. Generally missing items turn up and may occur due to delays or incorrect/incomplete address supplied.

All UK/USA  orders may be subject to import and VAT charges on arrival, we have no control over this.

Merch Store personally take care of all the logistics in preparing our items for the wild and we use our national postal service ‘An Post’ at present.

Shipping Duration

Typically within 2 days your order will be selected then printed and checked. It is then packed labelled and posted, however you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation imediately.

You can expect a period of 1-3 days from the date of your order confirmation email to receive the second email notification from us confirming it has been shipped.

Typical delivery is 1-3 working days from shipping confirmation email in Ireland.

Typical delivery is 2-7 working days from shipping confirmation email in the UK

Typical delivery is 3-10 working days from shipping confirmation email in USA

Some delays may occur depending on stock limitations and unforeseen events that impact shipping with our carriers.



Please get in touch if you have received your parcel and it’s been damaged in anyway.
In the unlikely event that your Merch Store purchase fails to meet your expectations please drop us a message at with your order number and attached picture of product and it’s packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Items left longer than 30 days of receipt and with out proof of damage to the item and packaging are deemed used, refunds will not be processed at this point.

Change of mind – Wrong Size

Merch Store will not refund change of mind item(s) if they have been opened. Each item in an order place by the customer is specifically created per the specifications or the order (item, size, colour, design).

Merch Store cannot accept responsibility for wrong size returns once opened. Sizes are available on each product page before the add to cart button to ensure this is not a mistake that a customer could make easily.

As we operate a print on demand service no stock exists until your order, the “demand” for the selected item(s) is processed, we then fulfil your request as a customised order. This does not affect your consumer rights should there be a fault or damage to the item(s) on arrival.

Merch Store is proud of the ability to print on demand, it helps the environment to save on over producing.

Hygiene purposes may also prevent Merch Store from repacking and re-selling items this is also a factor that must be taken into consideration on most personal items.

We package and distribute all the orders on clothing and homeware items customised to your order specification and variation on a per-order (print on demand) basis all in our print studio at Troubadour Rehearsal Studios, Dublin, Ireland.
